1. Information We Collect

ProFigma Grab does not collect or transmit personal information, browsing history, website content, or images to us or to third parties.

The extension does not operate an analytics system, advertising system, tracking system, or external image-processing service.

ProFigma Grab makes no external network calls as part of its extension functionality.

2. Images and Website Content

ProFigma Grab needs access to images on the webpage where you use the extension. This access allows the extension to detect images that you hover over and perform the action you request.

Depending on the image and the action selected, the extension may process:

• Images displayed using HTML image elements.
• Responsive images using srcset.
• Images rendered through canvas elements.
• Images used as CSS background images.
• Images displayed inside supported frames.

This processing is performed to provide the extension's image download and copy functionality. We do not use this information for advertising, tracking, profiling, or unrelated purposes.

3. Extension Settings

ProFigma Grab stores your extension preferences using Chrome's chrome.storage.sync functionality.

These preferences can include:

• Whether the extension is enabled.
• Your preferred image format.
• Image quality for supported formats.
• Minimum image size.
• Position of the image action controls.
• Whether the copy button is displayed.
• Whether confirmation notifications are displayed.

These settings are used solely to provide and remember your extension preferences.

4. Clipboard Access

When you choose the Copy action, ProFigma Grab uses Chrome's clipboard functionality to place the selected image on your clipboard.

The copy operation occurs only when initiated by the user. Images copied through the extension are not sent to ProFigma servers.

ProFigma Grab converts copied images to PNG because the supported browser clipboard image format is PNG.

5. Host Permissions

ProFigma Grab requests website access so that it can detect images under the user's cursor and process images requested by the user.

Host access is also required when the extension needs to retrieve image bytes from an image's originating page in order to perform a requested format conversion or download.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, trade, or transfer user data to third parties.

ProFigma Grab does not transmit user images, copied images, browsing history, or personal information to external services.

7. Data Security

Because ProFigma Grab does not maintain a server-side database of user information and does not transmit user content to external services, there is no ProFigma server-side user-content repository to access.

Chrome's built-in extension storage mechanisms are used for extension preferences.

8. Children's Privacy

ProFigma Grab is a general-purpose browser extension for designers and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the extension's functionality, data practices, or applicable requirements change.
